英語問3 答え (1行目)
A lot of American young people move out of their parents' home as soon as they graduate from high school.
Most can hardly wait to get out ** on their own and begin the next stage of their lives ― becoming adults.
They want the freedom to make their own decisions. They want new experiences. Those who can afford it live alone.
But most find roommates to share an apartment or house with.
In this way, they can split costs like rent, electricity, and heat and water.

In America, it's relatively cheap and easy to move into your own place.
Unlike in Japan, there is usually no "key money" (a mounth's "damage deposit" is about all we have to pay).
Also, most apartments include all the major appliances ― refrigerator, stove and oven, and even a washer and dryer.
Most have curtains and carpets, too.
Still, though, living on your own is not easy.
There are the household chores to do ― cleaning, cooking, laundry ― and all those monthly bills to pay.
Most people don't know how hard it is to " ** keep house" until they have to do it every day.
But all in all, learning to live alone is a big first step to true independence.

Many Japanese young people, I've found, stay in the family home until they find steady employment.
Students who go to college in their hometown usually commute from home.
With rents so high, so much key money to pay, and so many appliances and so much furniture to buy, moving out is not easy.
Of course, some young people simply don't want to have to cook and clean for themselves.
They like the idea of being taken care of.
Some even **hang around the "** family nest " until thay are in their thirties.

To be honest, I think everyone should move out when they turn 20.
In Japan, a 20-years-old is a legal adult.
He or she can vote, drive, take out loans , and drink alcohol.
But I understand why so many people at home so long.
With poor wconomy and parents being willing to support their adult kids, being a "parasite single" may be a young parson's only chance to save up for the future.

Scientists have devised a fabric to keep wearers cooler than anything except going without any fabric at all. The new material, made from a common plastic called polyethylene,
is a thin ply riddled with nano-sized holes that allow the release of infrared radiation, water vapor (that is, sweat), and air.
At the same time, the bright white fabric strongly reflects visible light, preventing it from warming the person wearing it.
